Category 2: Commercial staffing such as Chef, Helper, Cook, Driver, Support Staff, and more.
Category 3: Corporate staffing such as Executive, Trainee, Developer, Technician, Managers, Facility and more.
Category 4: Classical or Vintage karigars. Such as Mistry, Halwai, Bunai, Chhapai, and more…

3. Salary Structure.

Salary starts:  From INR 2.5K to 22K (Based on timing, requirement, skills, workloads, place, and more).

Domestic Part-time (UpTo 2 hrs): INR 2.5k to 5k,
Domestic Full-time (UpTo 10 hrs): INR 8k to 15k and
Domestic Live-in (IN House): (Semi Skilled): INR 13k to 20K, (skilled): INR 20K to 30K
Chef (Regular): INR 15k to 50 K,
Helpers (Regular): INR 12k to 25k (All INR)
Drivers (Regular): INR 12k to 25K
4. Deployment TAT:

Even on the shortest notice, you can be sure that our temporaries will perform as expected for as long as they're on the job - and that's a ‘Karigar IndiaTM

10 Working days from the date of registration.
Holiday Note: Exclude Weekends & Govt. declared & Religious Festivals

(Note: 33% extra registration cost applicable).

5. Enrollment Process:

6. We will shortlist people based on your email preferences groom accordingly and do the following:

1.    Conference call with client and candidate
2.    Sharing profile via email
3.    Face-to-face interview
4.    Trail & feedback
5.    Post feedback / Deployment formalities
6.    Replacement formalities
Note: Post-trial period the minimum tenure for work is 30 days.

7. Life Time Subscription Terms:

Service charges (Monthly): 10% of the additional salary per month (For Lifetime Subscription only) of each candidate. (Max 5 Replacement /year)
Replacement: Fresh verified candidates every time within 10 working days from the date of request.
Deployment Boundary: Anywhere in INDIA, USA, UK, AUS, UAE, JP, SG, EUROPE
Verification cost extra (INR 1500) per candidate. T&C is applicable.
Traveling costs extra. T&C is applicable.
One Month Security Deposit applicable which is equivalent to one month's salary. (Adjust at the end of the tenure )
Paid Trial 2 days (Part-time) and 5 days (Live-in)
8. No Upfront Registration Policy:

We deploy within 2 to 15 working days.
You need to pay 33% at the time of the interview, 33% at the time of deployment and 33% at the post-trial period i.e. 2 days.
